TASTINGS
MEAD & HONEY TASTING
Everyday, we offer tastings of mead and honey led by a knowledgeable team member. These tastings include approximately 10 samples of different honeys and 8 half-ounce samples of mead. This seated experience lasts about 45 minutes, and you'll learn all about how diverse the world of honey is, as well as how mead is crafted and flavored.

Reservations are recommended, and online booking is available until 30 minutes prior to the tasting start time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to check-in if you have a reservation. We do accept walk-ins for party sizes 6 or fewer. Arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of a tasting time if you do not have a reservation. Be aware that seating is first-come, first-serve, and we cannot guarantee availability without a reservation.

FLIGHTS and SELF-GUIDED OPTIONS
If a staff-led tasting doesn't fit into your schedule, we also offer self-guided mead tasting options as well. We offer mead by the flight (4 1oz. pours) or by the glass in our Tap Room. You can select meads from any of our bottled options or from our experimental Mead Lab (On Tap) menu.

We also have a self-guided honey tasting available featuring 10 different honeys that you can stop by and try at any time during open hours. No reservation required!

We offer a variety of a la carte food options including cheeses, cured meats, crackers, peanuts, and Route 11 chips to snack on while you enjoy a self-guided tasting. We also have hot tea and Izze sparkling juices available for non-alcoholic beverage options.
