The Mead Lab
In addition to our selection of bottled meads available by the flight, glass, or bottle, we are excited to offer selections from our Mead Lab. These are our small batch experimental meads, where we test new recipes and flavor combinations! If you try any of them while you are at the Meadery, please share your thoughts on them, as the popular meads may be bottled in the future.
They are served in-house only, but our Insider Club members have the opportunity to purchase mini to-go bottles in store.
Ring of Fire
This very hot mead is made with Mesquite honey infused with ghost peppers, habanero peppers, and chiles de arbol, then given a gentle smokiness from smoked black tea. 13% ABV
Granny's Song
A semi-sweet melomel made with alfalfa and wildflower honeys, lemons, strawberries, rhubarb, and basil. It will take you back to sipping homemade strawberry lemonade on grandma's porch! 13.5% ABV
Soak Up the Oak
Our orange blossom honey traditional mead aged for 24 months in a brand new Hungarian oak barrel. 12% ABV
