The Mead Lab

The Mead Lab offerings are our small batch experimental meads, where we test new recipes and flavor combinations! If you try any of them while you are at the Meadery, please share your thoughts on them, as the popular meads may be bottled in the future.

 

They are served in-house only, but our Insider Club members have the opportunity to purchase mini to-go bottles in store. 

Parting Glass

'Tis no blarney, this avocado blossom honey bochet, fermented with ale yeast and flavored with roasted cocoa nibs, coffee, and vanilla, will transport you to a snug in Ireland. Served carbonated. Slainte! 9% ABV

Raglan Road

Crafted with caramelized Meadowfoam honey, this mead is infused with robust coffee and aged to perfection in Irish whiskey barrels. Ideal for those who love a classic and bold Irish coffee. 14% ABV

Like A Voss!

Wildflower honey and pink grapefruit puree were fermented with Kveik Voss yeast resulting in a sweet, refreshing hydromel, further enhanced by the juiciness of Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca hops. Served Carbonated. 7.1% ABV

Ring Of Fire

Mesquite honey was infused with ghost peppers, habanero peppers, and chiles de arbol, then given a gentle smokiness from smoked black tea. 13% ABV

Meet Me In St. Louis

Dazzle your tastebuds with this cream soda inspired mead! Crafted with Meadowfoam honey, this sparkling hydromel is light, sweet, and will transport you to a classic 1940s soda fountain. 5.6% ABV

Huajillo Blossom Traditional

This delicate and charming mead is crafted by fermenting Texan Huajillo honey. Look for notes of vanilla, oak, and hazelnut. 13% ABV
